Each tutu comes with a glittery clip on flower (colors vary) that can be easily removed and added to a hair band, shirt, etc.
Tutus are 12" in length, they fit children up to approximately 8-10 years of age because of the stretch in the piece of elastic in the waistband. Our tutus have been complimented by many!
